Is there a limit to the number of items I can purchase?

  • Yes. You can only purchase a maximum of 4 for the same product. We want to make sure that all items are only purchased by the end user and not resold in the market to protect our consumers. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we deem to be in breach of this rule.

How reliable is product availability?

  • If your desired item is on the site then it should be available. In the event that the item is not available, it will be cancelled from your order.

What if I am ordering in bulk for my team/club?
  • Please reach us through email at hey@parkoutlet.com.ph and we will arrange a Team Buy with you.

DELIVERY

Due to the volume of orders as we normalize operations starting September 1 and under GCQ conditions, we've implemented special procedures to keep our teams-- and you-- safe, so shipping orders may be delayed. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way and check shipping updates on WWW.XPOST.PH/TRACK. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

 What delivery options are available?

  1. Shipped to your doorstep: within Metro Manila and nationwide
  2. Buy Online, Pickup in store (COMING SOON)
  3. Buy Online, Deliver from store (COMING SOON)

What happens if I'm not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?

  • Couriers will return to your address twice (total of 3 attempts) and if the order is still not claimed, it will be cancelled. 

Do you deliver to an alternate/work address?

  • Yes, we will follow the shipping address indicated in your order form.  

What should I do if I don't receive my order within the expected delivery time?

What payment methods are accepted?

  1. MasterCard and Visa Debit card (transacted via PayMaya)
  2. MasterCard and Visa Credit card (transacted via PayMaya)

How can I cancel an order? 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it's been confirmed. You may, however, opt to return for an exchange instead. Please refer to our exchange policy

Is my data retained for future orders?

  •  If you choose to save your details when you place an order, yes. And hey, it makes ordering the next time around easier!
